Artspace Mackay is a regional art gallery operated by Mackay Regional Council which provides the community and its visitors with access to a wide range of cultural services including:
- A leading program of nationally touring and locally curated art exhibitions
- Access to the Mackay Regional Council Art Collection, including Australia’s largest artists' book collection outside of the capital cities and a strong focus on Mackay and Central Queensland art
- Public programs for young and old including art classes, workshops, masterclasses, lectures, seminars, performances, presentations, guided tours and events
