As the sun sets on the quaint town of Quilpie, we'll head out to The Lake for a once-in-a-lifetime fusion of degustation and artistic brilliance beneath the vast outback night sky.

Begin your evening with a welcoming cocktail that sets the tone for an extraordinary dining experience. Wander into the al fresco dining area, where you'll indulge in a 5-course degustation dinner with paired beverages curated by renowned chef Mark Olive. Each dish artfully showcases the unique flavours of Quilpie and the surrounding region of South-West Qld, crafted with native Australian ingredients.

Elevating the culinary spectacle is a live performance by an internationally acclaimed musician, who will soon be revealed.

As the native cherry on top, you'll engage in a stargazing experience guided by a Mardigan Traditional Owner. The experience will unravel the mysteries of the cosmos, demonstrating how their mob have used and dreamt of the stars for millennia.

Culinary Constellations transcends the ordinary, becoming an unmissable feast for the senses—a symphony of delectable flavours, soul-stirring music and celestial wonders that promises to send you home with a full stomach and lifelong memories.

We can accommodate all diets, intolerances/allergies and non-alcoholic beverages. We will be in contact with ticket holders directly closer to the event.

Powered sites are available at The Lake and can be booked with your event ticket for single-night bookings (April 18 2024). Additional nights and/or unpowered sites can be booked directly with The Lake.

A shuttle bus will be available from Quilpie’s town centre. Seats are limited so bookings must be made with your event ticket.
